With over 35 years' progressive experience to the senior executive level in the construction industry, Ray uses his business acumen and passion for customer service to plan the strategic vision for Bermuda Interiors and lead the direction of the company.


Ray is an Industrial Electrician by trade, and prior to joining Bermuda Interiors is known for his work as the Managing Director at the largest electrical contracting firm on the island employing up to 150 people. 


As Bermuda Interiors' Managing Director, Ray's primary responsibilities are Business Development, supporting the management team, managing client relationships and expectations, monitoring financial performance, and building and managing vendor relationships.


Ray is relentlessly customer focused, though his extraordinary commitment to his clients is only eclipsed by his love for snowmobiling at his Muskoka cottage and riding roller coasters (the steeper, the faster, the better) with his two daughters.  Ray is a thrill-seeker and adventurer who loves scuba diving, underwater photography, and whale watching.  While at home, you'll find him at his grill, spending time with his wife and 2 chocolate Labs.

Chris has been in the contracting industry for over 29 years as a Quantity Surveyor, including 18 years in Bermuda. He has experience of managing a range of projects, including numerous high-end refurbishments.


Since joining the company in January 2007, Chris has been responsible for the estimating, bidding, procurement and financial management of all of Bermuda Interiors projects.



Lisa maintains the financials, project cost reporting and management reporting for the company. Lisa is an integral team member, managing the daily financial relationships with our clients, sub-contractors and vendors.

As the Project Coordinator, Tamara is responsible for many aspects of each project - from administration, logistics, coordination of staff, designers, architects, and subcontractors, drawing reviews, site meetings, HR support and documentation. 


With over 10 years of Project Management experience and an Electrical Engineering Degree, Tamara is instrumental in helping the projects stay on track by troubleshooting issues that come up, all while providing exceptional customer service.


Working at Bermuda Interiors allows Tamara to indulge her passion for beautiful spaces and expert craftsmanship with every project delivered.  She has a keen eye for design and aesthetic and especially enjoys working on design/builds.


When she isn't busy keeping projects on track, she is busy at home raising three girls with her husband.  In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects, reading, strolling on the beach and travelling. 



John has over 45 years’ progressive experience to the senior Executive level in the construction industry. John is a mechanical HVAC Engineer by trade, working his way to Managing Director of the islands largest mechanical firm.


John's primary responsibilities are supporting our superintendents, sub contractors, vendors and clients. John is the primary point of contact for our projects and manages the flow of information, scheduling and performance of our teams.

Mike has over 40 years experience in the construction industry spanning many roles such as Master Carpenter, business owner, project manager and supervisor.  As the Finishing Superintendent, he is involved from inception with all of our projects, coordinating sub-contractors, vendors and the procurement cycle. 


Mike believes the key to a successful project is the coordination, site layout and final reviews of all architectural and shop drawings before construction begins. His attention to detail is key in organizing staff and subcontractors to complete a project while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. 


Mike is an award winning professional cabinet maker and an avid runner. He enjoys all forms of outdoor activities from hiking, skiing, golfing, fishing, tennis, volleyball, trap shooting, and most of all, playing with his grandchildren.

James has over 25 years experience in General contracting. James is key to coordinating sub-contractors, monitoring quality control, driving the schedule and in general maintains good orderly conduct on our sites. James anticipates problems before they are apparent to most and works quickly to resolve with our management team.


James maintains site logs and inspections with the authorities and works closely with Architects and designers in ensuring their expectations are met.
